### sec.58 Adjoining lots subleased from the State
This section applies if adjoining lots are leased from the State to the same person.
If any of the lots are subleased, the lots must be included in the same valuation.
Subsection (2) applies—
whether or not the subleases are to the same person; but
subject to section 62 .
(sec.58-ssec.1) This section applies if adjoining lots are leased from the State to the same person.
(sec.58-ssec.2) If any of the lots are subleased, the lots must be included in the same valuation.
(sec.58-ssec.3) Subsection (2) applies— whether or not the subleases are to the same person; but subject to section 62 .
