### sec.294 Valuation of Land Regulation 2003
The Valuation of Land Regulation 2003 remains in force for this Act.
Subsection (1) applies despite the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , part 7 .
The regulation—
is to be read with the changes necessary to make it consistent with, and adapt its operation to, this Act; and
may be amended or repealed by a regulation under this Act.
Without limiting subsection (3)(a), a reference in the regulation to—
a former provision is taken to be a reference to its corresponding new provision; and
the chief executive is taken to be a reference to the valuer-general.
(sec.294-ssec.1) The Valuation of Land Regulation 2003 remains in force for this Act.
