### sec.283 Removing record
The valuer-general may give the land registrar a notice asking the land registrar to remove a record mentioned in section 282 from a register kept by the registrar.
As soon as practicable after receiving the notice, the land registrar must remove the record from the register.
No fee is payable for the removal.
The record may not be removed other than under this section.
