### sec.226 Matters authorised person must tell occupier
Before asking for the consent, the authorised person must tell the occupier—
the purpose of the entry; and
that the occupier is not required to consent; and
that the consent may be subject to terms and may be withdrawn at any time; and
about any other powers the authorised person considers may need to be exercised to achieve the purpose of the entry.
