### sec.214 Delegation
The valuer-general may delegate to an appropriately qualified person the valuer-general’s functions—
under this Act; or
for the valuation of land under another Act.
In this section—
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate for the functions.
registration as a valuer
a person’s classification level in the public service
functions includes powers.
(sec.214-ssec.1) The valuer-general may delegate to an appropriately qualified person the valuer-general’s functions— under this Act; or for the valuation of land under another Act.
