### sec.212 Restriction on outside employment The valuer-general must not, without the Minister’s prior approval in each particular case— hold any office of profit other than that of valuer-general; or engage in any remunerative employment or undertaking outside the duties of that office. - (a) hold any office of profit other than that of valuer-general; or - (b) engage in any remunerative employment or undertaking outside the duties of that office.
