### sec.205 Establishment
The Office of Valuer-General is established.
Subject to sections 206 and 211 , the valuer-general is to be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 as if the valuer-general were a senior executive.
However, despite the Public Sector Act 2022 , the valuer-general can be dismissed only by the Governor in Council.

(sec.205-ssec.1) The Office of Valuer-General is established.
