### sec.194 Cancellation grounds Each of the following is a ground to cancel a suppression direction— the direction was obtained on the basis of incorrect or misleading information; the direction is no longer required because the grounds for the direction, as mentioned in section 188 (2) , no longer exist. - (a) the direction was obtained on the basis of incorrect or misleading information; - (b) the direction is no longer required because the grounds for the direction, as mentioned in section 188 (2) , no longer exist.
