### sec.147 Considering objection
Subject to section 148 , the valuer-general must consider and decide a properly made objection.
A properly made objection must be decided at any time the valuer-general considers appropriate, having regard to the stage the objection has reached under the objection process.
The valuer-general can not consider or decide an objection if it is not properly made.
For other circumstances in which an objection must not be considered, see section 140 (Objection generally lapses if lapsing notice contravened).
(sec.147-ssec.1) Subject to section 148 , the valuer-general must consider and decide a properly made objection.
