### sec.126 Chairperson’s functions
The chairperson’s functions are—
subject to section 127 , to arrange the objection conference; and
to encourage a full exchange of opinion between the parties, including a full disclosure of information relating to the objection; and
to make recommendations to either party about matters raised at the conference.
