### sec.120 What pt 3 is about This part provides for the holding of conferences about properly made objections (an objection conference ). An objection conference’s purposes are to— encourage the settlement of disputes about the objection by facilitating and helping the conduct of negotiations between the parties; and promote between the parties an open exchange of information relevant to any dispute; and give the parties information, relevant to the dispute, about the operation of this Act; and help in the settlement of the dispute in any other way.
