sec.99Application for registration

### sec.99 Application for registration A person (the applicant ) may apply to be registered as owner of a lot by lodging an application under this division. The application must be accompanied by— the documents of title for the lot that are in the possession or under the control of the applicant; and the names and addresses, for service of notices, of all registered proprietors and occupiers of lots adjoining the lot. s 99 amd 2005 No. 68 s 82 (sec.99-ssec.1) A person (the applicant ) may apply to be registered as owner of a lot by lodging an application under this division.
