### sec.97K Amending an instrument of profit a prendre A profit a prendre may be amended by registering an instrument of amendment of the profit a prendre. However, the instrument of amendment must not— increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the profit a prendre; or add or remove a party to the profit a prendre. s 97K ins 1997 No. 28 s 295 sch 3 (sec.97K-ssec.1) A profit a prendre may be amended by registering an instrument of amendment of the profit a prendre. (sec.97K-ssec.2) However, the instrument of amendment must not— increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the profit a prendre; or add or remove a party to the profit a prendre. - (a) increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the profit a prendre; or - (b) add or remove a party to the profit a prendre.
