### sec.97I Same person becoming registered owner of benefited and burdened lots If a lot is benefited by a profit a prendre, and the same person becomes the registered owner of the lot benefited and the lot burdened by the profit a prendre, the profit a prendre is extinguished only if— the registered owner asks the registrar to extinguish the profit a prendre; or the registrar creates a single indefeasible title for the lots. s 97I ins 1997 No. 28 s 295 sch 3 - (a) the registered owner asks the registrar to extinguish the profit a prendre; or - (b) the registrar creates a single indefeasible title for the lots.
