### sec.97G Particulars to be registered
When registering an instrument of profit a prendre, the registrar must record particulars of the following in the freehold land register—
the lot burdened by the profit a prendre;
any lot benefited by the profit a prendre;
any lease of non-freehold land benefited or burdened by the profit a prendre.
