### sec.85A Particulars to be registered
When an easement is registered, the following particulars must be recorded in the appropriate registers—
the lot burdened by the easement;
any lot benefited by the easement;
any registered lease benefited or burdened by the easement;
if non-freehold land is benefited or burdened by the easement—any registered sublease or sub-sublease benefited or burdened by the easement.
A public utility easement for water storage burdens the whole of the land any part of which may be affected by the storage.

(sec.85A-ssec.1) When an easement is registered, the following particulars must be recorded in the appropriate registers— the lot burdened by the easement; any lot benefited by the easement; any registered lease benefited or burdened by the easement; if non-freehold land is benefited or burdened by the easement—any registered sublease or sub-sublease benefited or burdened by the easement.
(sec.85A-ssec.2) A public utility easement for water storage burdens the whole of the land any part of which may be affected by the storage.
