### sec.49B Standard format plan of subdivision
This section applies to a standard format plan of subdivision.
Common property for a community titles scheme may be created under the plan, but only if—
the plan also creates 2 or more lots; or
the common property created is additional to common property already existing under the community titles scheme.
The plan may create a lot from common property, other than common property created under—
a building format plan of subdivision, and within structural elements of a building; or
a volumetric format plan of subdivision.

(sec.49B-ssec.1) This section applies to a standard format plan of subdivision.
(sec.49B-ssec.2) Common property for a community titles scheme may be created under the plan, but only if— the plan also creates 2 or more lots; or the common property created is additional to common property already existing under the community titles scheme.
