### sec.32 Registrar’s procedures on lodgement and registration of instrument When an instrument is lodged in the land registry, the registrar must note on the instrument— the date and time of lodgement; and an identifying reference. When the instrument is registered, the registrar must record the information mentioned in subsection (1) (a) and (b) in the appropriate register. s 32 sub 2005 No. 68 s 60 (sec.32-ssec.1) When an instrument is lodged in the land registry, the registrar must note on the instrument— the date and time of lodgement; and an identifying reference.
