### sec.29A Particulars the registrar may remove
The registrar may remove from the freehold land register anything recorded under section 28 (2) or 29 if—
the registrar no longer considers the thing should be recorded to ensure the freehold land register is an accurate, comprehensive and usable record of freehold land in the State; and
the removal of the thing will not prejudice the rights of the holder of an interest recorded in the register.
