### sec.26 Other referrals by the registrar to the Supreme Court
In any matter under this Act, the registrar may—
apply to the Supreme Court for directions; or
state a case for decision by the Supreme Court; or
refer a finding of an inquiry to the Supreme Court, seeking—
an order for the registrar or another person to take a stated action, including for example an order for the registrar to correct a register; or
an order the court considers appropriate in the circumstances.
