### sec.210 Continuation of particular exclusion of entitlement under s 189
This section applies to conduct that, apart from the repeal of the Queensland Law Society Act 1952 , section 24A (the repealed section ), would constitute unlawful conduct in relation to an excluded mortgage, as mentioned in the repealed section.
Despite the repeal, the repealed section and section 189(1)(c) continue to have effect to exclude conduct happening on or after 16 May 1996 or after the commencement of this section, that would have constituted unlawful conduct in relation to an excluded mortgage under the repealed section had that section not been repealed.
