### sec.188B Order by Supreme Court about deprivation, loss or damage
For section 188 or 188A , a claimant may apply to the Supreme Court for an order—
for compensation to be paid by the State; or
directing the registrar to take stated action.
The court may make the order it considers just.
Without limiting subsection (2) , the court may by order direct the registrar to—
cancel or correct an indefeasible title or other particulars in the freehold land register; or
create a new indefeasible title; or
issue a new instrument; or
do anything else.
The court may join any other person it considers appropriate in a proceeding under this section.
