### sec.182 Effect of registration on interest On registration of an instrument that is expressed to transfer or create an interest in a lot, the interest— is transferred or created in accordance with the instrument; and is registered; and vests in the person identified in the instrument as the person entitled to the interest. - (a) is transferred or created in accordance with the instrument; and - (b) is registered; and - (c) vests in the person identified in the instrument as the person entitled to the interest.
