### sec.179 Evidentiary effect of recording particulars in the freehold land register
In all proceedings, the particulars of a registered instrument recorded in the freehold land register are conclusive evidence of—
the registration of the instrument; and
the contents of the instrument; and
all terms stated or implied in it by this or another Act; and
when the instrument was lodged and registered.
