### sec.167A Titles registry fees not payable for particular instruments No titles registry fee is payable for the lodgement and registration of an instrument that relates to— the acquisition by the State of an interest in land; or the release or surrender by the State of an interest in land, other than a fee simple interest. s 167A ins 2021 No. 12 s 104 - (a) the acquisition by the State of an interest in land; or - (b) the release or surrender by the State of an interest in land, other than a fee simple interest.
