### sec.147 Registrar may withdraw instrument
The registrar may withdraw an instrument that has been lodged but prevented from being registered by a priority notice.
The registrar must give written notice of the registrar’s intention to withdraw the instrument to the person who lodged the instrument at least 14 days before withdrawing the instrument.

(sec.147-ssec.1) The registrar may withdraw an instrument that has been lodged but prevented from being registered by a priority notice.
