### sec.135 Revoking or disclaiming a power of attorney A registered power of attorney may be revoked by registering an instrument of revocation or disclaimer. This section also applies to enduring powers of attorney. s 135 amd 1994 No. 33 s 13 (retro) (sec.135-ssec.1) A registered power of attorney may be revoked by registering an instrument of revocation or disclaimer.
