### sec.133 Registering power of attorney
The registrar must keep a register of powers of attorney (the power of attorney register ).
The registrar may register a power of attorney by recording particulars of it in the power of attorney register if a request to register it is lodged and the power of attorney is deposited with the request.
The registrar must keep a copy of the registered power of attorney and return the power of attorney to the person who deposited it.
In this section—
power of attorney includes a copy of a power of attorney that has been certified under the Powers of Attorney Act 1998 , section 14 or 45 .

(sec.133-ssec.1) The registrar must keep a register of powers of attorney (the power of attorney register ).
(sec.133-ssec.2) The registrar may register a power of attorney by recording particulars of it in the power of attorney register if a request to register it is lodged and the power of attorney is deposited with the request.
