### sec.115Z Recording creation of layered arrangement If the request to record the creation of the layered arrangement complies with the BCCM Act (including with an order of the District Court made under that Act about the layered arrangement), the registrar must— record the community management statement for the principal scheme in the layered arrangement and any other community management statement accompanying the request; and register any instrument required, under this Act, to be registered for the layered arrangement. The creation of the layered arrangement takes effect when the registrar completes the action mentioned in subsection (1) . s 115Z ins 2003 No. 6 s 152 (sec.115Z-ssec.1) If the request to record the creation of the layered arrangement complies with the BCCM Act (including with an order of the District Court made under that Act about the layered arrangement), the registrar must— record the community management statement for the principal scheme in the layered arrangement and any other community management statement accompanying the request; and register any instrument required, under this Act, to be registered for the layered arrangement.
