### sec.115X Recording amalgamation of schemes If the request to record the amalgamation of schemes A and B complies with the BCCM Act (including with an order of the District Court made under that Act about the amalgamation), the registrar must— record the cancellation of the community management statements for schemes A and B; and record the community management statement for scheme C and any other community management statement accompanying the request; and register the amalgamation in the freehold land register. The amalgamation takes effect when the registrar completes the action mentioned in subsection (1) . s 115X ins 2003 No. 6 s 152 (sec.115X-ssec.1) If the request to record the amalgamation of schemes A and B complies with the BCCM Act (including with an order of the District Court made under that Act about the amalgamation), the registrar must— record the cancellation of the community management statements for schemes A and B; and record the community management statement for scheme C and any other community management statement accompanying the request; and register the amalgamation in the freehold land register.
