### sec.115T Registration for changes to scheme under approved reinstatement process
If an approved reinstatement process provides for a change to a community titles scheme, the body corporate must lodge—
if appropriate, having regard to the approved reinstatement process, or a community management statement mentioned in paragraph (b) —a plan of subdivision reflecting the approved reinstatement process; and
if appropriate, having regard to the approved reinstatement process, or a plan of subdivision mentioned in paragraph (a) —a request to record a new community management statement; and
a true copy of the approved reinstatement process.
If an approved reinstatement process provides for a change to subdivisional arrangements (not including a change to a community titles scheme), the owners of lots the subject of the approved reinstatement process must lodge—
if appropriate, having regard to the approved reinstatement process—a plan of subdivision reflecting the approved reinstatement process; and
a true copy of the approved reinstatement process.
In this section—
approved reinstatement process means a process, approved under the BCCM Act , section 72 or 74 , for reinstating a building.
