### sec.110 Instrument of transfer to trustee
An instrument of transfer may be lodged—
to transfer an interest in a lot to a trustee; or
by the registered owner to declare that the registered owner holds the interest in a lot as trustee.
The registrar may register the instrument of transfer.
A document, in the form required by the registrar, stating details of the trust, or a certified copy of a document creating the trust, must be deposited with the instrument of transfer.
The document deposited with the instrument of transfer does not form part of the freehold land register.
