### sec.10A Registration of, or dealing with, particular instruments or other documents
This section applies if an instrument or other document is lodged or deposited other than in compliance with a requirement under this Act.
The registrar may register, or otherwise deal with, the instrument or document if the registrar is satisfied it is reasonable not to require the compliance.
