### sec.101 Right to make application not affected by death etc.
If a person who may apply to be registered as owner of a lot by lodging an application under this division dies without making the application, the application may be made in the person’s name by the person’s legal personal representative.
If the applicant dies before the application has been dealt with under this division, the application may be continued, and any necessary steps taken, in the person’s name by the person’s legal personal representative.
(sec.101-ssec.1) If a person who may apply to be registered as owner of a lot by lodging an application under this division dies without making the application, the application may be made in the person’s name by the person’s legal personal representative.
