### sec.7 References to things done by or in relation to buyer or seller This section applies in relation to a provision of this part that refers to— a thing required or permitted to be done by or in relation to a buyer or seller of a lot or proposed lot; or a thing having been done by or in relation to a buyer or seller of a lot or proposed lot.
