### sec.78 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may—
prescribe fees and costs for the Land Court or the Land Appeal Court; and
prescribe how fees and costs are to be received and dealt with in the courts.
