### sec.73A Privileges, protection and immunity
A member hearing a proceeding in the Land Appeal Court has the same privileges, protection and immunity as the member would have if the member were a Supreme Court judge hearing a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
The following persons have the same privileges, protection and immunity as the persons would have if the proceeding were in the Supreme Court—
a lawyer or agent appearing in the proceeding;
a witness attending in the proceeding.

(sec.73A-ssec.1) A member hearing a proceeding in the Land Appeal Court has the same privileges, protection and immunity as the member would have if the member were a Supreme Court judge hearing a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
(sec.73A-ssec.2) The following persons have the same privileges, protection and immunity as the persons would have if the proceeding were in the Supreme Court— a lawyer or agent appearing in the proceeding; a witness attending in the proceeding.
- (a) a lawyer or agent appearing in the proceeding;
- (b) a witness attending in the proceeding.
