### sec.52B Application of Act The following provisions of this Act apply to the Land Court in the performance of a function conferred on the court under a recommendatory provision, with all necessary changes, as if the performance of the function under the recommendatory provision were a proceeding— section 5 ; section 7A (2) (a) and (c) and (3) ; section 9 ; section 12A ; section 16 ; section 22 ; section 24 ; section 25 ; section 27 ; section 27B ; section 27C , other than to the extent the Civil Proceedings Act 2011 , part 6 refers to case appraisal; section 42 ; section 46 ; section 52 . For subsection (1) , section 27C applies to the Land Court in the performance of a function mentioned in the subsection as if a reference in section 27C (2) to section 27A were a reference to section 52C . Sections 32A , 32C and 32D of this Act apply to the Land Court in the performance of a function conferred on the court under the following recommendatory provisions, with all necessary changes, as if the performance of the function under the recommendatory provision were a proceeding— the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 , part 6 , division 5 and part 7 , division 6 ; the Torres Strait Islander Cultural Heritage Act 2003 , part 6 , division 5 and part 7 , division 6 .
