### sec.46 Retirement of judicial registrars
A judicial registrar must retire on reaching 70 years of age.
Despite subsection (1) , a judicial registrar who, before reaching 70 years of age, starts the hearing of a proceeding may remain a judicial registrar until the hearing ends.
