### sec.43 Removal from office or suspension
A member of the Land Court must not be removed from office except by the Governor on an address by the Legislative Assembly for proven incapacity or misbehaviour.
If the Legislative Assembly is not sitting, the Governor in Council may suspend the member.
The grounds for suspension must be laid before the Legislative Assembly within 7 sitting days after the suspension.
The Legislative Assembly must either confirm or withdraw the suspension.
