### sec.32B Conditions of appointment of indigenous assessor
The remuneration and allowances payable to an indigenous assessor are the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
An indigenous assessor holds office as an indigenous assessor on the conditions, including the indigenous assessor’s term of appointment, decided by the Governor in Council.
An indigenous assessor is appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
An indigenous assessor may resign by giving a signed notice of resignation to the Minister.

(sec.32B-ssec.1) The remuneration and allowances payable to an indigenous assessor are the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
