### sec.30A Judicial registrar may exercise certain judicial or quasi-judicial powers
A judicial registrar may exercise a judicial or quasi-judicial power if a provision of this Act or another Act provides for the exercise of the power by the registrar.
A member of the court may exercise any of the powers or perform any of the functions of a judicial registrar.

(sec.30A-ssec.1) A judicial registrar may exercise a judicial or quasi-judicial power if a provision of this Act or another Act provides for the exercise of the power by the registrar.
