### sec.29 Judicial registrar’s power to hear and decide matters
A judicial registrar may hear and decide a matter prescribed under the rules.
For the matter, the judicial registrar constitutes and may exercise all the jurisdiction and powers of the Land Court.
However, a judicial registrar may not exercise any power of the court to punish for contempt.
(sec.29-ssec.1) A judicial registrar may hear and decide a matter prescribed under the rules.
