### sec.98 Closure of road If, after inquiry and notice the Minister considers appropriate, the Minister is satisfied a road is not needed, the Minister may— permanently close the road under division 4 ; or temporarily close the road by issuing, under section 103 , a road licence over the road to a person. The Minister may— permanently close the road without receiving an application under section 99 (1) ; or temporarily close the road without receiving an application under section 99 (3) .
