### sec.94 Dedication of road
The Minister may dedicate unallocated State land as a road for public use.
A person may apply for the dedication of land as a road for public use.
The Minister may dedicate land as a road for public use without receiving an application under subsection (2) .
Land may be dedicated as a road for public use by the registration of a dedication notice or a plan of subdivision.
On the day the dedication notice or plan of subdivision is registered—
the dedication of the land as a road for public use takes effect; and
the land is opened for public use as a road.

(sec.94-ssec.1) The Minister may dedicate unallocated State land as a road for public use.
(sec.94-ssec.2) A person may apply for the dedication of land as a road for public use.
(sec.94-ssec.3) The Minister may dedicate land as a road for public use without receiving an application under subsection (2) .
(sec.94-ssec.4) Land may be dedicated as a road for public use by the registration of a dedication notice or a plan of subdivision.
(sec.94-ssec.5) On the day the dedication notice or plan of subdivision is registered— the dedication of the land as a road for public use takes effect; and the land is opened for public use as a road.
- (a) the dedication of the land as a road for public use takes effect; and
- (b) the land is opened for public use as a road.
