### sec.92 Protection from liability A trustee appointed by the Minister under this part does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act. If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to the trustee, the liability attaches instead to the State. Subsection (1) does not apply to a statutory or incorporated body.
