### sec.78 Winding up may continue after revocation, cancellation or sale The liquidator may continue to wind up the trust even if the— dedication of the reserve has been revoked; or deed of grant in trust has been cancelled; or trust land has been sold by the mortgagee in possession. s 78 amd 2007 No. 19 s 48 - (a) dedication of the reserve has been revoked; or - (b) deed of grant in trust has been cancelled; or - (c) trust land has been sold by the mortgagee in possession.
