### sec.65 Cancellation of a trustee lease or trustee permit
A trustee may cancel a trustee lease or trustee permit if the lessee or permittee does not comply with the conditions of the lease or permit.
The Minister may also cancel a trustee lease or trustee permit if—
the lessee or permittee does not comply with the conditions of the lease or permit; or
the Minister is satisfied cancellation would be in the public interest.
If a trustee lease or trustee permit is cancelled, no person has a right to a claim for compensation.
Every cancellation of a trustee lease or trustee permit must be registered in the appropriate register.
(sec.65-ssec.1) A trustee may cancel a trustee lease or trustee permit if the lessee or permittee does not comply with the conditions of the lease or permit.
(sec.65-ssec.2) The Minister may also cancel a trustee lease or trustee permit if— the lessee or permittee does not comply with the conditions of the lease or permit; or the Minister is satisfied cancellation would be in the public interest.
(sec.65-ssec.3) If a trustee lease or trustee permit is cancelled, no person has a right to a claim for compensation.
(sec.65-ssec.4) Every cancellation of a trustee lease or trustee permit must be registered in the appropriate register.
- (a) the lessee or permittee does not comply with the conditions of the lease or permit; or
- (b) the Minister is satisfied cancellation would be in the public interest.
