### sec.569 Documents lodged before commencement—reserves for non-community purposes
This section applies to a plan of subdivision, or a dedication notice, lodged but not registered before the commencement to the extent—
the plan or notice provides for the dedication of land to public use as a reserve for a non-community purpose; and
the dedication of the reserve does not relate to an application made under former section 31C before the commencement.
This section also applies to an adjustment notice lodged but not registered before the commencement to the extent—
the notice provides for the purpose for which a reserve is dedicated to change to a non-community purpose; and
the change does not relate to an application made under former section 31D(1)(b) before the commencement.
The plan of subdivision, dedication notice or adjustment notice may be registered under new section 31 or 31B.
New section 290J(2) does not apply in relation to the plan of subdivision.
Subsection (6) applies if the plan of subdivision, dedication notice or adjustment notice is registered under subsection (3).
While the non-community purpose remains in effect for the reserve, the reserve is taken to be dedicated for a purpose that is not a community purpose.

(sec.569-ssec.2) This section also applies to an adjustment notice lodged but not registered before the commencement to the extent— the notice provides for the purpose for which a reserve is dedicated to change to a non-community purpose; and the change does not relate to an application made under former section 31D(1)(b) before the commencement.
(sec.569-ssec.3) The plan of subdivision, dedication notice or adjustment notice may be registered under new section 31 or 31B.
(sec.569-ssec.4) New section 290J(2) does not apply in relation to the plan of subdivision.
(sec.569-ssec.5) Subsection (6) applies if the plan of subdivision, dedication notice or adjustment notice is registered under subsection (3).
