### sec.564 Existing applications under former s 31D to change purpose to prescribed former schedule 1 purpose This section applies to an application, made under former section 31D(1)(b) before the commencement, to the extent the application is to change the purpose for which a reserve is dedicated to a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose. Subsection (3) applies if the application had not been decided before the commencement. On the commencement, the application is taken to be an application to change the purpose for which the reserve is dedicated to the corresponding community purpose for the prescribed former schedule 1 purpose. Subsections (5) and (6) apply if, before the commencement— the application was approved; but an adjustment notice for the change had not been registered under former section 31B. An adjustment notice for the change may be registered under new section 31B.
